Frankie Sylver respects intellectual property and acts quickly when something is wrong. If your work appears here without permission, tell us and we will review it.
How to file a notice
Email [email protected] with the subject line DMCA NOTICE. Include the exact URL of the page, a description of the copyrighted work, proof that you own or represent the rights, and your contact details. Anonymous notices without evidence are declined. We act on clear, verifiable claims and keep the complaint on file.
What happens next
We review every notice within three working days. When the claim is solid, we take the material down first and ask questions after. We notify the person who supplied it, explain which element was removed, and give them a chance to respond. Repeated uploads of removed material lead to a permanent block on contributions.
Counter notices
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was wrong, send a counter notice with your name, address, phone number and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. Include the URL and the reason you believe the use was authorised. We restore the material within ten working days unless the original complainant files an action.
What this policy covers
The policy applies to text, photographs, drawings, plans and video published on this site. It does not cover links to other websites, because we do not control their content. If a link points to infringing material, tell us and we will review the link as well as the page around it.
Read our Terms of Service for how content may be reused, and our Privacy Policy for how we handle your details. General copyright questions can go to the same address with the subject line COPYRIGHT QUESTION.
